If the item you have ordered is incorrect or does not fit your application then please reach out to us on support@innov8wholesale.com and we will take you through the exchange process to get you the correct item.
For wholesale orders, including customised cables and adapters we do follow a very specific process to ensure the items you receive are exactly what you have ordered and fit your application. If an error is made within your initial order specifications we sadly cannot exchange the items and a whole new order will need to be placed. For this reason we kindly ask you to be very precise when placing the initial order and ensuring any queries raised by our team are answered.
