Delivery Information

We are proud to offer FREE UK delivery on all orders as standard. We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery for £7.95 should you require a next day option. For UK wholesale customers we offer free DHL Next Day delivery on order quantities of over 100 pieces.

For international orders you can choose between Royal Mail International Tracked (£9.95) or DHL International Express (£26.95).

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the South of England.

We use Royal Mail as a standard option for both domestic and international small orders. We also use DHL or UPS for larger orders or when a faster delivery is required. You can choose which option you prefer at the checkout.

UK Orders

Royal Mail 24, which is our standard option takes around 1-3 business days. Special delivery is next day. For wholesale order quantities of over 100 pieces we will automatically upgrade your delivery to DHL Next Day at no extra cost.

International Orders

Royal Mail international tracked takes between 7-14 days for most locations but we kindly ask you to allow up to 28 days (especially for destinations outside of Europe).

DHL International Express takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Returns

Should you change your mind about your order then we accept returns within 14 days of your order arriving on the provision any items purchased from us are returned in their original packaging and in re-sale 'as new' condition. We reserve the right to reject returns of items not returned in their original packaging or with pieces missing. In some circumstances we may apply a partial refund reflective of any loss of value of the item. 

For all returned items we kindly request that you cover costs for tracking. We cannot take any responsibility for items that go missing in the post if a tracked or signed service is not used. 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective then please contact our friendly aftercare team immediately on
support@innov8wholesale.com and we will talk you through the process. Please state your order number, the nature of the defect and if applicable, provide any relevant pictures. 

With all of our business clients we follow a very precise protocol to ensure you receive the exact product you need to fit your specific application.

Should you change your mind after receiving your order then we are happy accept returns for wholesale orders within 14 days of receipt. Please note that if any specialist work has been carried out as part of your order, such as branding or packaging, then we reserve the right to apply a charge to reflect this.

If, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product then our process for returning defective items will be initiated as with smaller orders. If you have one or two defective items within a batch, we may simply replace those. We kindly ask you to provide us with photos or videos of any products that may arrive defective.

Our custom product builder is both a service and a product. If you need to cancel your custom order with us then we ask you to please do so as soon as possible after the order has been placed.

At the initial stages of your order enquiry one of our experts will talk through your needs with you to ensure the product you are ordering will work for your requirements.

If we have commenced production of your order i.e manufacturing has started, and you then decide to cancel, we reserve the right to apply a charge for any work undertaken so far to cover our own costs. This will include the costs for the custom moulds to be made for your product.

All charges incurred will be reflected in any refunds that are given and will be itemised for your reference.

When you place a custom order request with us, we endeavour to go through every step with you to ensure a return will not be necessary, unless you receive defective items (in which case please refer to our question regarding the return of defective items).

We work alongside you to ensure the product you are ordering will fit your project and your application perfectly and we kindly ask that you are certain of what you need before placing the order. Our team will talk you through your requirements for due diligence.

If you did change your mind and wish to return a customised order to us then we can accept this within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note that depending on the size of your order and the specific product ordered, we reserve the right to apply a charge for services rendered in the production of your customised product. This will be reflected in a deduction from any refund provided.
