Where items are returned to us because they are defective or sent in error a full refund or replacement will be offered.

If an item is returned to us due to a purchasing error, a full refund will be given only if the item is returned to us in resale, brand new condition, this includes original packaging. If any items are returned damaged, incomplete, or without the original packaging (if applicable) then a partial refund will be offered.

Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of your item being received back by us. This allows a member of our team to go inspect the returned item, and then initiate the refund via our payment system.
